• Reformer control beginner level

    This class will allow you to connect with muscles you never knew you had! You will move at a gentle and controlled pace, focusing on functional movement, and build a strong foundation for your future Pilates practice. The challenge of this class lies in the slow and controlled movements – expect to be challenged by the basics!

    Recommendation: We recommend taking at least 10 Control classes before progressing to the next level. If you're not sure, please talk to a member of staf

  • Dynamic Intermediate

    This class features energetic progressions on the reformer to challenge you further! Class speed will vary from moderate to faster-paced – expect fewer rest breaks with increased repetitions to build your endurance. We will strengthen and tone the body, improve posture, flexibility, balance, and core development, all while having fun!
    Suitable for:Intermediate level clients

    Apparatus used: Let us surprise you! (Mat, reformer, chair, tower, barre, props...)

    Recommendation:We recommend taking at least 6-8 Dynamic classes before progressing to the next level. If you're not sure, please talk to a member of staff.

  • Flow Advance

    In the Flow class you can expect much faster exercise progressions - there will be even more variations, and lots of props to keep you moving, and to keep the intensity level of the
    class high. The advanced exercises in this class will be delivered with less descriptions, meaning you will rely on your excellent technique and foundation of knowledge from earlier classes. For this reason we do not recommend this class for those who are newer to Pilates. Get ready to
    work hard!

The purpose of this class is to burn calories and help losing weight with high energy, intensity and fast pace exercises to get the heart beating and the blood flowing.Sherd & Burn is a fantastic compliment to your regular Pilates practice incorporating barre, Mat and props. Be prepared to jump, curl, plank, hold, pulse, sweat, and repeat!* This class is ideal for those looking for a challenge and is not appropriate for thoserestricted in movement due to pregnancy, postnatal and pain.

  • Exo Chair Intermediate

    Considered to be the most challenging apparatus of Pilates equipment, the Pilates Chair utilizes traditional forms of the Reformer exercises enabling multi-planar movement with various spring resistances that effectively work the whole body with a special focus on building balance and strengthening the core, legs and shoulders.
